Events to mark the UMCAT Silver Jubilee (#UMCATat25) celebrations have come so early at Uganda’s leading Journalism Institute.

This has started with a corporate social responsibility of giving back to the people that have supported us throughout this great journey.

In a meeting between the management and some former student leaders, it was agreed that the school offers considerable tuition discount to all new students joining this January.

In this resolution, January intake students will be able to study on a tuition free program where they will only incur a small operation fee, which must be fully paid during entry.

The silver jubilee celebrations will take place on 23rd October 2021. We look forward to continue skilling and transforming the next generation journalists.
